Fabrication Support

Candidate must be goal orientated, able to work effectively on your own and as a team player. Must be able to read and understand technical drawings. Manage priorities and work efficiently to keep up on workloads on a timely basis. Candidate must be able to produce quality work while maintaining a high level of production.

Desired Education:    High School graduate.

Desired Experience:    Two or more years’ experience in related trade

Certifications/Licenses:  None at this time but, future certifications may be required.

Position Purpose

The position will be responsible primarily to clean, prep, and cut parts, occasionally help with facilities maintenance, and also be a backup to the primary welder/painter. The work will need to be completed in a timely, cost effective and safe manner.

Essential Duties

1. Cleaning and general maintenance of the paint booth.

2. Backup to primary welder and painter

3. Cutting material with a band saw

4. Operation of a plasma cutter

5. Produce quality work while maintaining a high level of production.

6. Sustain procedures that guarantee that work is completed correctly and efficiently.

7. Maintain a safe and clean manufacturing environment.

8. Regularly required to stand, bend, kneel, reach, climb ladders, and move about the facility.

9. Must be able to lift 50lbs safely.

10. Safety (PPE) Personal Protective Equipment must always be used.

11. Maintain a "Customer Friendly" attitude whenever dealing with customers internal and external.

12. Will handle multiple projects concurrently.
