Our blasting system enables residue-free cleaning of components such as screws, nozzle heads, RSPs, nozzles, etc. that are heavily soiled with plastic.The maximum diameter for cylindrical parts is 200 mm, regardless of length (feedthrough opening on both sides). Inner turntable size 550 mm -> Small parts with a max. diameter 500 x 300 mm. 

A specially developed blasting material made of thermoset ensures cleaning without damaging or removing the surface (including coated parts). The cleaning time depends on the size, shape and degree of soiling of the components to be cleaned. (Screw diameter 18 x 800 mm approx. 30 min)

If desired, the part can be checked for wear after cleaning. Should e.g. the roughness no longer correspond to the quality class, it can be restored with our polishing and scrubbing systems.
