WITTMANN offers its own nitrogen and pressure generation units as an option. N₂easy is flexible, sustainable, and retrofittable, and pays for itself even if you use just one gas cylinder per day.

Cellmould can be easily combined with other technologies:

•  Thanks to variothermic temperature control or specific mold coatings, foamed visible components are produced with a very high surface quality. 
• In extensive test series, WITTMANN was able to prove that PCR (post-consumer recyclate) can be processed into high-quality products using Cellmould foam injection molding.
