EcoPower 180/750 DC
At our booth, innovation takes center stage with the EcoPower 180/750+ DC in Insider version, paired with the WX 142 DC WITTMANN robot. This dynamic setup is producin the "Wild Pot" – a container made entirely from 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) material.
The material, known as wild plastic, is collected from the environment by WILDPLASTIC® and its partners in Senegal, then cleaned and prcessed locally to meet industrial standards. It's more than recycling – it's a movement that supports fair trade and builds sustainable systems from the ground up.
Using Cellmould foam injection molding, the "Wild Pot" is manufactured with reduced material while also consuming less energy, resulting in a lighter product and a stunning marble batch effect. This visual texture opens up fresh creative possibilities for designers looking to combine aesthetics with eco-consiousness.
And there's even more beneath the surface: thanks to TagTec technology, each "Wild Pot" caries its own digital fingerprint. Invisible markers embedded in the material become visible under special light, allowing every item to be traced back to its origin. A simple scan of the QR code reveals the story behind the product – from material sourcing to production details.
Come see how sustainability, technology and design come together in a powerful showcase.

MacroPower 500/3400
Compact power meets smart efficiency with the all-new MacroPower 500/3400 from WITTMANN. Known for its space-saving design, the MacroPower series now takes compactness to a new level with a completely redesigned, one-piece machine body – streamlining installation and saving valuable time on the production floor.
The machine's newly designed swiveling injection unit is accessible from both the front and rear, making screw changes faster and easier than ever. Combined with the integrated Quicklock system, large molds can be installed directly from the side, simplifying setup and reducing downtime.
Equipped with the advanced Unilog B8X control system, the MacroPower offers faster internal cycle times and quicker sensor response, delivering higher part reproducibility without compromising on user comfort or visualization.
At the exhibit, the MacroPower 500/3400 will be producing the "HAIBOX" using a single-cavity mold from Haidlmair, Austria, from PP material by Borealis. The machine is equipped with a WITTMANN IML unit, applying labels from Viappiani, Italy, to both long sides of the box. Following parts removal, a thermal photo of every shot is taken by a thermal imaging camera and then compared with the reference picture from the approval process. The pictures are checked by the TD14.0 software from SKZ, Germany, evaluating any deviations from normal temperature differences. If the temperature is outside the tolerance margin, a signal is sent to the robot to have the respective part sorted out. Next, the good parts are placed on a conveyor belt.
Discover how the MacroPower combines precision, speed and smart automation to redefine efficiency in injection molding.

VPower 160/525 R 1600
At this year's K show the VPower 160/525 R 1600, the vertical injection molding machine combines smart design with sustainable innovation. Known for its unique 2-tie-bar rotary table concept, the VPower series eliminates the central tie-bar, offering exceptional accessibility and ease of handling – especially valuable in complex automation setups.
The rotary table ensures shortest cycle times and precise positioning, while the generously dimensioned clamping unit with two external traveling cylinder enables fast opening and closing. These features make the VPower a time-saving powerhouse on the production floor.
In this exhibit, a decorated structural component from NFPP, a natural fiber-based material, will be decorated with PP material. This is a collaborative project between LEONARD KURZ, FRIMO Innovative Technologies, Polyvlies and WITTMANN. The process begins with a robot from WITTMANN picking up a pre-combined natural fiber mat with a decorative foil, which is then inserted into the mold and over-molded with a contour. Next, the finished part is removed by the robot and turned over in a separate station. Then, the robot takes the finished part to the printing station. Here, a QR code containing further information on the application and the partners is printed on. At the quality inspection station, the dimensional accuracy of the overmolding is checked by a camera, before the finished part is deposited on a conveyor belt.
Come and see the VPower performing complex processes in a seemless manner.
