New regional sales manager in Austria

Jonas Situk strengthens sales in Austria for the WITTMANN Group. In his new position as Area Sales Manager, he is responsible for robots and auxiliary equipment as well as application-optimized automation systems. His area of responsibility covers eastern and central Austria as well as parts of western Austria. 

Jonas Situk is a trained mechatronics engineer and brings many years of experience in the injection molding of thermoplastics and elastomers to his new position. Most recently, he was responsible for technical support and automation at a large plastics processing company. “We are delighted to be able to strengthen our team with such an experienced expert,” emphasizes Markus Wolfram, Sales Manager at WITTMANN Technology, based in Vienna. “Jonas Situk knows the challenges of complex production processes in detail and brings this experience to bear in the project planning of complete production cells for WITTMANN customers.” 

In the system solutions business, Situk works closely with Jochen Sassmann. Sassmann is responsible for injection molding machines and processing technologies in the relevant sales regions. 

In Vorarlberg, Christian Kainrath, with his decades of experience, remains the first point of contact for WITTMANN customers in the areas of injection molding machines, robots, auxiliary equipment, and complete system solutions.
